HOW IT WORKS

Our cars are listed on the Getaround platform. Clicking on Book Now on one of our cars takes you to its Getaround listing. Choose your start and finish dates to check availability and price. Create a profile if you don't have one already (you will need to upload photos of your driving licence and ID) and complete the booking

STARTING THE RENTAL

The Getaround app will take you through the process. It will give you the location of the car, instructions on how to access it then guide you to take the pre-rental photographs before it lets you unlock the car

ENDING THE RENTAL

Unlike traditional car rental companies, you do not need to fill the tank on returning the car - equally we do not necessarily provide the car with a full tank. You will be charged extra or refunded depending on the difference in fuel level between the start and end of the rental.  However, you are expected to return the car in a clean state, both inside and out.  Again, the Getaround app will guide you through the process - taking end of rental photos and locking the car. Distance of 12 mi/hour up to 120 mi, then 120 mi/day are included in the price - you will be charged extra if you travel beyond this or if the car is returned dirty.
